Three-Storey Infill Extension
We expertly delivered a three-storey infill extension, seamlessly integrated with the existing structure. This addition provided substantial new space, expanding the living area while maintaining architectural harmony.
Rear and Flank Fenestration Enhancements
Our team reconfigured the rear and flank elevations, optimising natural light and improving the property’s external character. These fenestration updates modernised the appearance and contributed to better energy efficiency.
Roof Light Installation
A new roof light was installed on the rear roof slope, filling the interior with natural daylight and creating a brighter, more welcoming atmosphere.
Rear Dormer Addition
We introduced a new rear dormer window to increase headroom and usable floor space on the upper level, enhancing both comfort and practicality.
Conversion to HMO
