New front hardstanding to provide off-street parking, including refuse and recycling storage, cycle storage, and installation of a new electric gate and fence. Alterations to the front access steps. Roof extension to create additional habitable space, including conversion of the roof from hip to gable on one side and to the rear, with new gable end windows and installation of three rooflights to the front roof slope.
