Renovation and Conversion of a 2-Bedroom Flat into a Modern 3-Bedroom HMO

Our latest project at Flat 19, Sheppey House involves the complete renovation and conversion of a traditional 2-bedroom flat into a modern 3-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO), designed to provide comfortable and practical shared living.
The property is undergoing a full internal refurbishment, including the reconfiguration of the existing kitchen and living areas to maximise functionality and improve the overall flow of the flat. A contemporary kitchen layout with modern cabinetry, integrated appliances, upgraded lighting, and durable finishes will create a stylish communal space for residents.
All bedrooms are being fully renovated with new flooring, refreshed walls and ceilings, upgraded electrical fittings, modern doors with secure locks, and improved decorative finishes throughout, creating bright and comfortable private spaces for tenants.
The bathroom and WC are also receiving complete modern upgrades, including new sanitaryware, contemporary fittings, improved lighting, heated towel rails, and clean modern wall and floor finishes designed for both durability and ease of maintenance.
